Salon policies

Reservations

We take a 50% deposit for services that take more than 3 hours. This deposit secures your booking and is refundable with a 48-hour notice.

Punctuality

We schedule appointments according to the services being performed to ensure smooth operations. We can accommodate arrivals up to 15 minutes late. However, any later, and your appointment may need to be canceled.

Deposit

The deposit helps cover our business costs if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. This 50% deposit is refundable if we receive a 48-hour notice prior to the appointment.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know 24 hours in advance for shorter services, and 48 hours for services longer than 3 hours. Without this notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

No Shows

We send out reminder emails 72 hours, 48 hours, and 24 hours before your appointment, as well as a confirmation email upon booking. Any no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Change of Services

We require a 24-hour notice for any significant service changes. Any changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged in full.

Guest Policy

To maintain a serene environment, we request that you do not bring children or pets to the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Kids and pets Policy

We aim to provide a calm and relaxing environment for all our clients. The salon is a place where we work with strong, potentially harmful chemicals and sharp tools, which could injure your children. For safety reasons and to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for our clients and working stylists, children under 12 years old and pets are not allowed in the salon. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

Personal Items

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

Health and Allergies Disclosure

We request that you inform us about any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when making your reservation.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content with your service, please let us know during your visit or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the salon, online, or over the phone. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.
