In person consltations are mandatory in most cases for new clients. We are proud of doing that because many time people think that their hair is in much worse condition than it is and vice versa.
We understand that sometime this can be inconvienient for some of you, but believe us when we say that meeting your new stylist prior your big hair appointment will make you less anxious as well.
