+ I'm new! What do I need to prepare for my appointment?
How exciting! If this is your first visit to our salon you are most likely booked for a consultation. If you decided to combine it with a cut/blow dry/treatment than all we would require from you is inspo photos of what you would like to have and photos of what you do not like as well. We would be asking you about your hair history for the past 5 years and would appreciate the honesty on everything that your hair has been through. That way we can ensure ab adequate pricing and timing for your first service. If you booked only for a consultation, than we would kindly ask you to come with a clean and straighten out hair. Sometimes when the hair is greasy and curly it prevents the colorist to see all the problematic areas of your hair.
+ I'm unsure on what services to book?
If you are struggling to choose the right service from our online platform, it is better to call us and we will do our best to consult you on the right services. If you haven`t been a client at our salon we recommend to book a consultation with our colorist.
+ Where can I park?
House of Balayage has available parking spaces for clients, but if they are unavailable, you can try these alternatives:
· Street parking is free of charge (no zones)
· Paid parking in Paradise mall
· Paid parking in front of Paradise mall
· Paid parking at Billa grocery store on bul. Cherni Vrah 102A
+ Do I need to confirm my booking?
No confirmation is required! After you book an appointment with us, you will receive a confirmation email. If you see anything mistaken as the services or the time and date, please contact us immediately in order to fix the mistakes. If everything is ok, than expect an email reminder 72h, 48h and 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you want to reschedule without a 24-hour notice you will be charged 50% of the amount of the service price.

+ How long will my service take?
For services in “Styling” category – from 35 min up to 1 hour.
For services in “Bridal” category – from 45 min up to 2 hours.
For services in “Color Magic” category – previously discussed with the colorist, during the consultation.
+ I need to cancel my booking! What should I do?
We totally understand! Any cancellations prior to 24 hours of your appointment we can reschedule for you so you dont miss your spot. Any cancellations after 24 hours before your appointment or no shows unfortunately will incur 50% a charge.
+ Can I bring my children or pets to the salon?
While we love little ones and pets, our salon is not equipped to ensure their safety and comfort. We kindly request that clients arrange for their care during their appointment.
+ What is your policy on late arrivals?
We understand that delays can happen. However, to ensure all clients receive the best possible service, we may have to shorten your service time if you are late by more than 15 ro max 20 minutes. If you're running late, please give us a call.
+ Do you offer services for special events like weddings or parties?

+ What brands of hair products do you use in the salon?
We are committed to using only the highest quality products. Our salon uses brands such as Wella Professionals, System Professional and Paul Mitchell, known for their exceptional quality and commitment to hair health.
+ What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or any currency different from Bulgarian Lev.
+ Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards that can be used for any of our services or products. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, holidays, or just because.We would be more than glad to send you a customized gift card via email, that you can print out. + What should I do if I have a complaint or issue with the service I received?
We strive to provide exceptional service, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. We're committed to addressing any concerns and making it right. You can check our Guarantee Policy here.
+ What if I have allergies to certain hair products?
If you have known allergies, please inform your stylist prior to your appointment. We have a range of products and can usually find suitable alternatives.
+ Can I request a specific stylist for my appointment?
Yes, you are welcome to request a specific stylist for your appointment. However, please note that each stylist has their own schedule and specialties, so availability may vary.
+ What if I don't know what hairstyle or color I want?
That's what we're here for! Our experienced stylists are happy to provide a consultation and recommend styles or colors that will suit you and your lifestyle.
+ Do you offer hair care products for sale?
Yes, we offer a wide range of professional-grade hair care products for sale in our salon. Your stylist can recommend the best products for your hair type and style.
