Services Covered: Our Quality Guarantee applies to all of our color and cut services.

 

Time Frame: If for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with the color or cut service you've received, we kindly ask you to notify us within 7 days of your service. This time frame is generally accepted across most salons and allows for an appropriate period to assess the service.

 

Resolution: Our team will happily provide a complimentary retouch of the area you're not satisfied with. Please note, there may be an additional charge for a blowdry following the retouch. If the 7-day period has exceeded and you're not satisfied with your service, we will evaluate the issue and may offer a discounted retouch at our discretion.

 

Exceptions: Our Quality Guarantee does not apply if you've altered your hair color or cut after leaving our salon. This includes, but is not limited to, coloring, bleaching or any other interference with the original service.

 

Aftercare: To maintain the quality of our work, we may recommend specific aftercare procedures or products. Failure to follow these recommendations could potentially affect the longevity of your service and may not be covered under our Quality Guarantee.

 

We believe in open communication and encourage you to share your concerns with us. It's our goal to ensure that you leave our salon feeling delighted with your service, and if there's something you're not happy with, we want to know.
