+ What bridal hair services do you offer?

We offer a variety of bridal hair services, including up-dos, half up half down styles, and curls and waves with an iron. We do not provide hair extensions.

 

+ What bridal packages do you offer?

We offer various packages for hair only, or combined hair and makeup. These packages range from just the trial and wedding day hair to packages including multiple formal hairstyles. The prices and services included vary by package. Please refer to our "Prices -Bridal" page for a detailed list of what each package includes.

 

+ How far in advance should I book my wedding hair appointment?

We recommend booking your wedding hair appointment up to 6 months in advance. We do require a non-refundable deposit if you cancel within 1 month of the wedding.

 

+ Do you offer trial runs for bridal hair and makeup?

Yes, a trial for bridal hair is included in our hair packages and costs 80 BGN. It is required and you can have more than one. The trial is booked with the stylist scheduled for your wedding.

 

+ Do you provide on-site services on the wedding day?

Yes, we do provide on-site services for both hair and makeup. However, we have specific requirements depending on the distance from Sofia, such as a minimum number of people and additional charges for travel costs. Please refer our "Bridal" page for more information.

 

+ How many people can you accommodate for bridal parties?

A single hairstylist can accommodate up to 6 people over a period of 5 hours. If more people are required in less time, an additional hairstylist can be provided at an additional charge. The same applies for makeup artists.

 

+ Do you offer discounts for large bridal parties?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for bridal parties of over 4 people. Additional discount for a larger group can be discussed after the final number of people.

 

+ How long do bridal hair and makeup services take?

Bridal hair services take up to 1 hour and 15 minutes, and makeup services take up to 1 hour.

 

+ Do you offer touch-up services throughout the wedding day?

No, we do not offer touch-up services throughout the wedding day.

 

+ What happens if the stylist assigned to the bride is unavailable on the wedding day due to unforeseen circumstances?

Unfortunately things like this may happen and we make sure that everything is handled with ease and provide a stylist who is more than capable to achieve your look.

 

+ What hair and makeup products do you use?

We use Wella Professionals and System Professional for hair, and MAC for makeup.

 

+ How should the bride prepare her hair and skin before the wedding day?

For hair, we recommend that the bride washes her hair the night before the wedding and rough dries it. For makeup, we need a clean face with a hydrating cream.

 

+ Do you offer other bridal services, like manicures, pedicures, or facials?

No, we currently do not offer other bridal services.

 

+ What is your cancellation policy for bridal appointments?

  • 30 days or more prior the wedding – 100% refundable deposit

  • Less than 30 days prior the wedding – 90% refundable deposit

  • Less than 10 days prior the wedding – 0% refundable deposit

 

+ Can I bring my own hair accessories for you to incorporate into my style?

Yes, we're more than happy to incorporate your personal hair accessories into your style. Please bring them with you to your hair trial and on the wedding day.

  

+ What happens if a member of the bridal party is late or doesn't show up?

We strive to maintain a schedule that allows for a relaxed, enjoyable styling experience. If a member of your party is late, we'll do our best to accommodate them, but we can't guarantee all services for late arrivals. No-shows are still responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.

 

+ Do you have a minimum number of services for on-site wedding styling?

Yes, during the wedding season from 1st of May up to 30th October, we require a minimum number of people for on-site services. The minimum varies based on the distance from Sofia. Please refer to our "Bridal" page for more information.

  

+ Can I change my hairstyle or makeup look after the trial?

Yes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your look. If you would like to make changes after your trial, please communicate these changes to your stylist before the wedding appointment.

 

+ What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards. For your convenience, we also accept payment through Revolut.

 

+ Do I need to provide anything for the trial or on the wedding day?

For your trial, please bring any hair accessories, or images of hairstyles you like. On the wedding day, just bring your beautiful self and any accessories you'd like incorporated into your look.
