Emphasizing the significance of every wedding detail, House of Balayage strongly recommends a bridal hair trial. This crucial step lets us collaborate with you to experiment with styles and find the perfect fit for your hair type, dress, and wedding theme.

 

The trial encourages open dialogue, giving us the opportunity to incorporate your desired accessories and inspirations seamlessly. It also serves as a rehearsal, allowing us to estimate the time needed for your styling on the big day, and how your hair reacts to styling.

 

Essentially, a bridal hair trial at House of Balayage ensures confidence and peace of mind on your wedding day. It paves the way for no surprises and the certainty that your hair will look just as envisioned. Our goal is to start your beauty journey even before the wedding day, guaranteeing a memorable hairdo that complements your unforgettable day.

Saving the date

At House of Balayage, we understand the importance of each detail in planning your special day, and we are here to help ensure everything goes smoothly. To secure your bridal date, we require a deposit of 50% of the total service cost, payed up to 3 days after accepting the price offer. This deposit can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card, cash payment at the salon, or through Revolut. The deposit not only reserves your date but also allows us to prepare meticulously for your unique requirements.

 

Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of services on your wedding day. To make the day as stress-free as possible, we also offer the option to pay the remaining balance prior to your wedding day. This way, you can focus entirely on your joyous occasion without having to worry about payment details.

 

Please note that we accept bridal bookings up to six months in advance.

 

In case of unforeseen circumstances that require cancellation, we offer a this refund policies:

  • 30 days or more prior the wedding – 100% refundable deposit

  • Less than 30 days prior the wedding – 90% refundable deposit

  • Less than 10 days prior the wedding – 0% refundable deposit

Additional info

TRAVEL
Very often preparations take place at the location of the wedding and we know that every minute counts, so we are ready to come to you under the following conditions:

  • address in the city of Sofia - no additional travel costs

  • outside the city of Sofia - BGN 0.40/km is charged - in direction

SURCHARGE IN CASES OF:

  • When hiring a stylist during holidays or public holidays, a 30% surcharge will be added to the final quoted price.

  • If you wish to hire a stylist outside of standard working hours - before 9:00 a.m. or after  20:00 p.m.

Minimum customer requirements

During the wedding season (01.05 – 01.10), as well as on Saturdays, the House of Balayage salon operates under the following conditions regarding the number of people per event:

  • Sofia City - minimum number - 2 people

  • Up to 35 km. from Sofia - minimum number - 3 people.

  • In a radius of 35 km to 65 km - minimal number - 4 the man.

  • In a radius of 65 km to 100 km - minimal number - 5-manthe person.

  • In a radius of 100 km to 150 km - minimal number - 6 the person.

  • 150+ km - after additional arrangement
